At The Turntable Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the turntable or accessory you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and stylus protectors to ensure the product is safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
